Do my clients need WhatsApp or an app?
No. They book from the browser, with nothing to install and no account to create. We only ask for the contact details the appointment requires.
Does it send automatic confirmations and reminders?
Not yet. When the booking is done your client sees the confirmation on screen and can add the appointment to their calendar in one click. Automatic email and WhatsApp notices are in development; we will announce them once they are available.
Does Hinits Appointments use artificial intelligence?
Not in this first version. Booking is a form: your client picks a service, a day and a time. Automated AI-driven customer service is on the product roadmap, but it is not switched on.
Does it sync with Google Calendar or Outlook?
No. Hinits Appointments has its own calendar. On confirmation your client can download the appointment as a calendar file (.ics) and add it to whichever agenda they use.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Publish your page on a Hinits subdomain, or point your domain with a CNAME record from the settings screen.
Will it work for my line of work?
It ships ready for barbershops, hair salons, beauty and nail studios, veterinary clinics, medical centres, dentistry, physiotherapy, psychology, personal trainers, tattoo studios, massage therapists and private tutoring. If yours is not on that list it still configures the same way — get in touch and we will help.
