Do I need to have WhatsApp Business?
Yes, you need a WhatsApp Business line connected to Meta Business Manager. Hinits Appointments runs on the official WhatsApp Business API.
How does it integrate with my current calendar?
Hinits Appointments uses its own built-in calendar. External calendar sync (Google Calendar, Outlook, etc.) is not supported yet.
Can I customize the messages?
Message body customization is not available yet. You will be able to adjust the tone the AI uses with your clients in a future update.
